Search-form entries, such as a name, phone number, or address, are sent to the outside provider that supplies results. Delhi Township Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.

The research used for Delhi Township did not identify a broad Ohio consumer-privacy deletion statute; R.C. 1349.19 concerns data-breach notice, not a universal deletion right. Because we keep very little, requests generally involve checking the contact mailbox and applicable server logs, then removing what we find. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Ohio, Hamilton County, or Delhi Township offices are outside our control, so requests about those records must go to the relevant custodian.
